What to preserve when recording a problem
Identify a sentence or table field and explain its conflict with the evidence. “The content is wrong” does not locate a correction. For a tool-output issue, identify the tool and retain a minimal input without private information. Do not include account data in a public record.
For a test result, record the environment and selected settings. Different output after a version change may reflect a product change or missing qualifications in the article. Preserve the details needed for reproduction. A screenshot can illustrate the issue, but keep the URL for the full context.
