Modem migrates to modem.ai and releases Modem 2.0 semantic observability platform

Starting this week, Modem is using a new domain, modem.ai; old modem.dev links will automatically redirect. Simultaneously, Modem 2.0 has been released—a rebuild of its semantic observability platform that connects user channels, identifies and categorizes user concerns, and tracks team handling via PR and ticket monitoring, with improvements in both accuracy and end-to-end performance. Modem states its user base has expanded from engineers to founders, PMs, customer success teams, and CTOs, among other roles; the new domain aims to move away from being perceived as a pure developer tool.
