At the Capital University of Economics and Business, a newly established Institute for Intelligent Economy is upgrading the 'Rongchun Zhigu' platform. This is a key initiative by the university to build an integrated foundation combining computing power, algorithms, and data. It unifies school-wide computing resources and shares data assets, opening access to three scenarios: talent training, scientific research, and think-tank services.
