Infini-AI-Lab has released Hermit (v0.1.0, Apache-2.0), an open-source harness adapter framework. It trains external adapters while keeping both the model and harness frozen, using RL-style training loops to iterate through adapter versions. These can be deployed on Codex, Claude Code, or Pi, and exported as plugins.
