IDC: Volcano Engine ranks first in China's AI cockpit market with a 45% share

According to IDC's 'China Automotive Cloud Market Tracking, H1 2026', the market size for China's AI cockpit solutions reached 710 million yuan in the first half of 2026. Volcano Engine holds the top position with a 45% share. Vehicles equipped with the Doubao large model are already on the road, totaling 7 million units across 50 brands and 145 models, with an average of 30 million cockpit interactions per day. This year, Volcano Engine launched the 'Doubao Cockpit Assistant' and 'AI Cockpit Kit' based on Agentic AI architecture. The first model featuring these technologies, the Roewe Jiayue 07, began pre-sales in September.
