According to Financial Times, OpenAI informed investors that its annualized revenue is close to $50 billion, about $20 billion lower than the previous figure of nearly $70 billion; the prior number was an estimate by investors for direct comparison with Anthropic, and the two companies calculate annualized revenue differently.
