Meta's AI assistant Muse reported to deeply analyze users' social relationships and build a personal profile for each contact

Researchers extracted Muse's internal instructions through an ordinary chat interface, and found it builds an independent profile for each contact every hour, including intimacy level, relationship suggestions and even privacy inferences. Meta responded that the files were openly accessible, but experts warn users are handing far more information to companies than before.
