Anthropic announces it will remove Claude Haiku 4.5 from its model options on October 29.
After removal, users will automatically switch to Haiku 5.5; existing conversation history will not be deleted, and enterprise plans plus API services remain unaffected. The new Haiku 5.5 offers superior performance at a lower cost.
