Baidu Smart Cloud and Xi'an High-tech Zone Sign "1+8+N" Deal to Build Northwest AI Industry Hub

On October 16, Baidu Smart Cloud signed a strategic agreement with the Xi'an High-tech Zone Management Committee at the Baidu Smart Cloud Super Agent Conference in Xi'an. The partnership outlines a "1+8+N" framework: building one Baidu Smart Cloud Northwest headquarters, eight AI industry hubs, and expanding N application scenarios. Initial projects include an OPC Industry Hub, an Embodied AI Innovation Center, and an Education-Industry Integration Center. Additionally, nine Xi'an universities have launched the Northwest University AI Industry Alliance.
