OpenAI has launched a chat lock feature for ChatGPT, protecting sensitive conversations with PIN codes and biometric authentication.
Users can set a four-digit PIN or use Face ID/Touch ID on supported devices to lock conversations. Locked chats are moved to a separate partition, isolated from regular chat history, pinned chats, and search results, with their own dedicated memory space.
