European Commission: ChatGPT may be included in Digital Services Act regulatory scope
European Commission spokesperson Thomas Regnier said that both ChatGPT and Roblox could be included by the European Commission in the lists of 'Very Large Online Platform (VLOP)' or 'Very Large Online Search Engine (VLOSE)' defined by the Digital Services Act (DSA).
