Nikon Microscopy Video Competition winner disqualified for using generative AI
Nikon stated that Dr. Ning Xu's video, which originally won first place in the Small World in Motion competition (allegedly showing ciliary motion in the airways of a patient with PCD), did not comply with the competition rules regarding generative AI.
