Zhipu formally changed its English name to Z.AI Co., Ltd., and reaffirmed that its A-share STAR Market listing plan is proceeding as scheduled. The company has clarified that rumors of withdrawing the IPO tutoring filing are untrue, and relevant tutoring work has been completed. This IPO plans to raise approximately 15 billion yuan, to be used for core projects such as AI large models.
