At yesterday's (October 30) Q3 (July–September) 2026 earnings call, MediaTek confirmed it has secured its second major client for AI application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs). The official client name has not yet been disclosed. Production is expected to begin in 2028, starting to generate revenue.
