Danish Supreme Court rules: AI-generated child pornography content is equally punishable
The country's highest court ruled that even if AI-generated images of minors do not have real people as prototypes, they are still subject to Denmark's Criminal Code and cannot receive lighter sentences simply because the figures in the images are fictional. Previously, there were divergences in sentencing between two lower courts in this case.
