Doubao Work has launched a recording and replay feature; testing shows it can be used for computer automation skills.

Doubao Work has added a record feature similar to Codex. & The recording and replay feature allows users to capture computer operations with voice narration; AI then generates and replicates the steps. The maximum recording duration is 30 minutes. Testing revealed that it pauses automatically when a window is in use rather than retrying, making it suitable for workflows without APIs or across multiple software applications. It was also used to record random cross-platform browsing patterns to collect low-follower viral content from Xiaohongshu, reducing the risk of anti-risk detection. The author plans to migrate skills built on Codex to this tool to save quota.
