Just over a month after the two companies announced their first such agreement last month, negotiations are ongoing and details may still be subject to change. Both companies are advancing their IPO plans; Anthropic still expects to list this year, while Nscale aims for an IPO at a $30 billion valuation but is facing resistance from investors.
