Blueprints AI has launched its second-generation software, which can generate building-code-compliant construction blueprints ready for permit applications from 2D sketches or PDFs within minutes. It supports simultaneous output for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design disciplines; a change in one area updates the entire project and validates against local building codes. The first-generation software cost between $3,200 and $8,500 per month. The second generation is now open to early customers and will be publicly released this week, while the third generation will include structural analysis and panel board design.
