Zhejiang launches AI"Cloud regulation"24-Hour Automated Inspection of Food Delivery Kitchens, Covering All Merchants in the Province

This "AI + Off-site Supervision" system can capture images of kitchen backrooms, perform static integrated scoring, and automatically generate rectification opinions pushed in real-time to merchants. It can also dynamically capture violations in surveillance footage, including 12 types of issues such as rat sightings at night, cats or dogs entering, and mops being washed in vegetable sinks. After automatic capturing, slicing, and evidence fixation, alerts are pushed in real-time to supervision personnel, achieving 24-hour fully automated inspections.
