Following the developer announcement of OpenAI's Decisions API on September 29, the service opened to all customers starting this Thursday. The product is reconfigured based on ChatGPT Luna, reducing response times from 1–3 seconds to 100–180 milliseconds and adding voice and visual modalities with region-specific inference deployment to reduce latency.
