Schneider Electric acquires industrial AI company Cognite for 3.1 billion US dollars
Schneider Electric announced an all-cash acquisition of artificial intelligence and industrial data services company Cognite for a transaction value of $3.1 billion. Cognite will be merged into its industrial software business AVEVA to enhance competitiveness in the AI and industrial data fields.
