AI system RFdiffusion3 can design proteins at the atomic level and achieve expected functions in experiments.
Researchers from the University of Washington, Oxford University, NVIDIA, and other teams have developed RFdiffusion3. It can design proteins and nucleic acids with single-atom precision. Its design speed is approximately ten times faster than RFdiffusion2. Related findings have been published in Science.
