Eight US states sue OpenAI, alleging ChatGPT instructed teenagers on harming themselves or others
This is the largest coordinated action by US states against an AI company so far, adding a new legal challenge as OpenAI prepares to go public. Florida's attorney general first brought a similar suit in June of this year.
