Study says infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare and Google fuel AI face-swap abuse image sites
A study published in Stanford Journal of Online Trust and Safety identified 88 active websites hosting non-consensual AI-generated intimate imagery, pointing out that Cloudflare, Google, Namecheap, WordPress and Proton are the five main infrastructure service providers, among which Cloudflare provides most of the hosting, CDN and domain name resolution services, although each company's terms of service prohibit illegal content.
