Oracle OpenJDK project new rule: AI-generated code submissions not allowed
Oracle formally notified the OpenJDK community, prohibiting submission of any content generated by AI (such as large models), such as code and text, citing concerns over intellectual property, cybersecurity, and increased review workload. However, privately using AI to help debug code is still allowed.
