China's Food Safety Law revision draft is open for public comment, covering AI regulation and campus food safety, among other topics

According to CCTV News reports, the State Administration for Market Regulation has drafted the 'Draft Revision of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China (for Public Comment)' and opened it for public feedback. Next, the State Administration for Market Regulation will refine the draft based on the feedback received and promote the prompt revision and issuance of the Food Safety Law to provide solid legal support for regulating food production and business activities, preventing and resolving risks, and strengthening regulatory enforcement.
