Anthropic report indicates internal teams are more senior and meeting times have increased

Anthropic released a report on Friday detailing internal changes following the restructuring of workflows around Claude. The proportion of junior employees in technical departments dropped from 21% to 14%, while new junior technical hires fell from 27% to 9%. The share of technical staff within the total workforce decreased from 61% to 56%. The company attributes this shift to business function expansion and coding tools that enable non-technical employees to develop software independently.
