Review the results before exploring further

In the second half of last year, I first encountered AI. At that time, I was not an AI industry practitioner and had no technical background. My initial exposure to AI came from seeing more and more people start using products like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. However, many encountered various problems during actual use: not knowing how to purchase, how to configure, which channels were stable, or the differences between different models. I realized at the time that when the AI wave begins, beyond the models themselves, there will inevitably be a large number of service opportunities. Most ordinary users don't need to study underlying technology; they need something simple and convenient.
