Huawei Cloud Zhigu AgentArts has passed the Trusted AI Enterprise-Level Agent Platform assessment by the China Information Communication Technology Industry Research Institute (CAICT), becoming the first product to achieve the current highest rating of Level 4+. The evaluation, based on the 'Technical Requirements for Enterprise-Level Agents,' covers technical, application, and service capabilities, assessing agent cognition, planning, execution, business integration, knowledge management, operations, and security compliance. The platform supports LangChain/LangGraph or proprietary frameworks and delivers four key capabilities: production-grade long-term task handling, enterprise-level secure environments, deep industry knowledge, and full-link observability.
