Uber executives: Almost no one is using AI agents to call for rides
Uber's Q3 earnings report shows that during the week with the highest order volume in October, AI agents accounted for only four ride-hailing orders and 500 food delivery orders, far below the total of 320 million orders. Executives stated that user willingness to place orders via AI agents remains extremely low, though they remain optimistic about future growth potential.
