OpenAI is rolling out a new cybersecurity-focused model, ChatGPT Cyber, to top-tier users of the offensive security project Daybreak Red. Earlier, Charge Robotics co-founder Max Justicz used GPT-5.6 Sol to discover a critical vulnerability in an Ubuntu-related codebase within approximately two hours; the Debian Project has since released a patch, and there are currently no signs of exploitation.
