The National Development and Reform Commission stated at the 'Advancing the 15th Five-Year Plan' series of press conferences held on November 3 that China's artificial intelligence development speed and application scale are globally leading. In the industrial sector, over 10,000 advanced-level intelligent factories have been established. The agricultural sector has significantly reduced pesticide and fertilizer usage, while a new business format of 'employees plus AI agents' has emerged in the service industry. China's artificial intelligence inference data volume has surpassed its training data volume for the first time, marking the transition from model training and R&D to large-scale industrial application.
