Sierra launches Accelerators: Pre-built workflows for AI agents

Sierra has launched its first batch of Accelerators in Agent Studio, pre-built workflows for AI agents covering high-frequency tasks such as order inquiries, appointment scheduling, claims reporting, and identity verification. These include basic integrations and safety guardrails. Sierra maintains the Accelerators separately from enterprise custom modifications; companies can review and decide whether to adopt them. Teams can also use Ghostwriter to customize them for their own business needs. Future updates will support building Accelerators independently and sharing them across teams.
