Ukrainian drones struck a facility housing AI supercomputers, disrupting cloud services for millions of Russian users. The targeted data centers include those of Yandex, Sberbank, VKontakte, and the Russian Ministry of Finance. State-owned telecom operator Rostelecom is exploring moving some data centers underground with Norilsk, while the Kremlin has demanded that owners reserve computing power for urgent national needs and approved the use of overseas data centers.
