Language-detection capabilities vary by API; several configured languages do not automatically mean unrestricted word-level switching. Inspect translation and number formatting so downstream transformations are not misattributed to acoustic recognition.

Keep original transcription separate from translation

Use settings actually supporting the target languages and mixed speech, segmenting at justified boundaries if needed while preserving global timing. Supply verified name hints where supported and store originals separately from translations. Do not replace every unfamiliar term with a Chinese explanation. Mark and replay uncertain short words rather than confidently fill them from context.

Review names, numbers and short foreign-language passages
