Qwen AI Office upgrades in-app editing and custom template capabilities
Qwen AI Office is upgrading its capabilities around 'in-app editing' and 'custom templates', covering Word, Excel, and PPT files. Users can now edit generated files directly within Qwen, changing text, adjusting tables, or swapping images. For PPTs, the tool supports locally regenerating single images without redoing the entire presentation. Users can also upload standardized company templates or common blank templates to generate content while preserving original page layouts, images, logos, and other design elements—for example, filling in lease terms, rent, and payment methods in a rental listing template.
